However, we may ask for certain information such as your first name, last name, company name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, birthdate, TaxID#, CDL#, CDL State, and truck# when you register with our Service. We may also collect financial information, including credit card or bank account information in the event you request additional services requiring that information. Your payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment service and not stored by us. We may collect and store any Personal Information you input into the Service.

When you use our Service, we may also collect the following information:
- Location Information. When you use our Service, we may detect precise location information about the trip. If you permit the use of location services via your permission system used by your mobile device, we may also collect the location of your device when the Service is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.
- Transaction Information. We collect transaction details related to your use of our Service, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance traveled, and other related transaction details.
- Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software, unique device identifier, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.
- Message Information. We may collect information when utilizing our messaging services to connect with other parties, contacts or users through our Service.

Such Third-Party Sites & Ads are not under our control and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Sites & Ads. We provide these Third-Party Sites & Ads only as a convenience and do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to Third Party Sites & Ads. You use all Third-Party Sites & Ads at your own risk. Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Service is not directed to or intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without obtaining parental consent. If you are under the age of eighteen, you may not access or use the Service (which includes downloading and using the App).
